Should you be in the market to buy a house, you might be concerned with the condition of the home you intend to make an offer on. Your choice of inspections will depend on your expertise in any given field, your comfort level regarding general repairs depending on what you see, the advice of your Realtor and possibly your lender. "Pillar to Post" A little advice regarding your Agreement of Sale. It is time sensitive! You and your Realtor will need the inspection report in order to make an informed decision for your "Reply to Inspection" that gets passed along to the seller. So bring your checkbook along and pay for the report right away. "Apple" There are areas of concern that you might want to brush up on. Radon is a concern in the Berks County area. Mold is everywhere around us. However, certain types of mold that might be found in a home may be a real health concern.
